Does this service cost extra?
There is no extra charge for our service in your neighborhood. Our pricing is the same as at the store.
Do I have to be home during pickups and deliveries?
No. Before the service begins, a convenient spot to leave your clothes will be agreed upon.
How do I pay for my dry cleaning and laundry?
We will keep your credit card number securely on file.
Do you do your own dry cleaning and laundry?
Yes. We have been operating our plant in Mill Valley since 1946. Dry cleaning and shirt laundry are performed on the premises with modern state-of-the-art equipment and experienced personnel.
What time will the driver arrive?
You will find that the driver is in your area at the same time for each service day. However, we cannot keep individual appointments due to the number of customers on the delivery service.
Do you provide a pickup bag?
Yes. We will provide you with a bag for laundry and dry cleaning.
What if I have a problem or a special request with my order?
What if I don't get all my garments back the next delivery day?
With the exception of household items, alterations, and leather garments, you should expect everything to be returned the next delivery day. If there is a discrepancy, call us immediately.
What if I don't get a pickup?
Contact us. There may be a reason why we could not make a pickup (e.g., dog, locked gate, or closed roads). We always arrange an extra pickup if you do not get yours as scheduled.
What if I don't use the service regularly?
No problem. We will keep your account open, so you can text or call on a Will Call basis (no later than one day before your scheduled pickup day).
Do you take back hangers?
Yes. We provide a free hanger valet to make this easy for you and your driver. Just place them in your pickup bag.
